Buffets in Las Vegas, NV. With sweeping views of our tropical water garden and an ever-changing menu of diverse tastes, Bayside Buffet offers something for everyone in your party to serve as the best buffet on the Las Vegas Strip. The Bayside Buffet is located on the main floor of the casino at Mandalay Bay, the buffer itself is not huge, but there is a ton of seating, very comfortable. Try to get a table towards the back near the windows would be my recommendation, you will have a nice view and be far away from the smoke from the casino, although they have pretty good.

Mandalay Bay opened with a bang on March 2, 1999. The 43-story resort and casino is located on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. The current owner, MGM Resorts International, is among the most prominent owners and operators of luxury resorts and casinos in the world.

The restaurant offers a wide array of selections for unbeatable prices. This all-you-can-eat Las Vegas Buffet let's you choose from six live cooking stations, Asian, Mexican, Italian, Barbecue, Chinese and Seafood dishes, or customize your own creation at the Mongolian Grill.
Prime Rib and peel and eat shrimp are served every evening in our buffet. Seafood Night is on Friday with crab legs, oysters on the half shell, peel and eat shrimp, and sushi among the favorites. Bottomless Mimosas are a highlight of our Brunch buffet menu on Saturday and Sunday which features Prime Rib, made to order omelets, Eggs Benedict, fluffy pancakes, French Toast and iron fresh Waffles.
